Discover this delicious Thai-style burger recipe for a real taste pleasure.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 100 g grated Emmental
- 4 spring onions and their stems
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 sprigs of coriander
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. tbsp cane sugar
- 25 g clarified butter
- 400 g ground pork
- Chili (depending on the desired quantity)
- 4 special burgers
- A few salad leaves (lettuce, batavia, etc.)
For the yogurt sauce:
- 1/2 tsp. coffee of ginger fresh
- 1 sheet ofmint
- 4 strands of coriander
- 1 natural yogurt
- 4 pinches of spices
- Salt

Thai style burgers
Preheat the oven to 130 ° C (th. 4/5).
- In a frying pan without fat, arrange several small circles of grated Emmental and cook on both sides until the crisps are colored.
- Peel the garlic (degerm it), the onions, the stems, the coriander and finely chop them.
- In a ramekin, mix the soy sauce and cane sugar.
- In a frying pan, pour 10 g of clarified butter, cook half the onions and the garlic without coloring. Reserve. In the same pan, pour the rest of the clarified butter, arrange the pork and the sweet soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes and add the previous preparation. Adjust the seasoning with the chilli and add the chopped cilantro.
For the yogurt sauce:
- Peel and chop the ginger, wash and chop the mint and coriander, mix with the yogurt and the spices. Season.
- Cut the breads in half. Let them cool in the oven. On each half, place the salad, meat, onions, cheese tiles. Top with the sauce, close and serve.
